Larry holds qualifications in Industrial Engineering and Administration and Electronic Engineering, as well as an MBA in International Business specializing in Oil & Gas and a second MBA in Project Management.

With 24 years of mining industry experience, he has developed extensive expertise in open-pit mining, heavy mobile equipment, asset management, maintenance and operational performance. He has led strategies for large-scale operations worldwide, including roles at Glencore, Cerrejón and Banro Corporation. Combining technical engineering, business management and project leadership, Larry aligns operational needs with business goals to improve reliability, efficiency and sustainable performance.
