Irene is a professional accountant who over the past 20 years emerged as a

versatile executive with experience spanning the Mining, Construction and

Precious minerals industry. She is the Administrative and Finance Director of the

company and has played very vital as well as varied management roles. She has

ably undertaken and represented the Company on various levels in and outside

the country. As Administrator she has been a key factor in the enviable stability

the Company has achieved in a turbulent environment the global industry is pass- ing through.
