Sheila Minkah-Premo

Sheila holds a law degree from the University of Ghana and was called to the

Ghana Bar in 1989. She also holds a Masters in law (LLM) from the Georgetown

University Law Centre in the USA and has over 20 years of experience working on

mining law and policy. She is the Managing Consultant of Apex Law consult, a law

firm in Accra that provides legal services including corporate law. She is also a

development consultant and has been consulting in legal matters for the Ghana

Chamber of Mines for over 15 years now and is also an informed gender advocate

in Ghanaian public affairs.
