Kwasi is an experienced businessman, with over 40 years extensive and practical experience in the construction, mining and equipment rental business in West Africa and Europe. He has established a worldwide network with heavy equipment suppliers, operators, financiers and mining professionals, developing considerable negotiating skills with which the corporate interest has been promoted in Governmental, NGO, Community and other stakeholders. He has also contributed extensively to deep insights shared in driving his vision and overall leadership role in the company. He serves on the Board of the Underground Mining Alliance (UMA), the Joint Venture(JV) vehicle between African Undeground Mining Services (AUMS) and Rocksure which currently operates the

Obuasi Underground mines.
